Sonya Noonan, Director of Dynamic Bookkeeping & Ask the Bookkeeper, specialises in helping small business owners run their business successfully. Sonya is passionate about working with business owners to help them have the most successful business possible, she assists them to set up paper flow systems, filing systems and bookkeeping systems that makes their admin tasks just tick away in the background.
Sonya has been in business since 1998 and since then has supported many small businesses from ‘one man bands’ to Companies with 40 to 50 staff members. She loves reading and learning new things and will take on any challenge to find a solution if it means that a small business owner benefits from the solution.
Mentoring business owners is a passion of Sonya’s, most of her bookkeeping clients get mentoring while she it onsite, but she also works with other business owners who aren’t a bookkeeping client as well. Bookkeeping comes naturally to Sonya, so assisting people with their questions is second nature to her.
Sonya’s dream for Dynamic Bookkeeping is to have multiple locations throughout Australia and in 2016 she started on her mission to do this by establishing a 2nd location in Cairns Queensland.

Helping Small Businesses succeed is a passion of Sonya’s. Over time she has spent many hours working through Profit and Loss Statements to help the Business Owners identify areas that they could save money. Sonya discovered BNI (Business Networking International) in August 2011 and it changed her life, as a Business Owner and also personally. BNI is the most successful business networking organisation in Australia with hundreds of successful groups. Globally there are 7,000 groups meeting passing millions of referrals worth billions every year. In 2016 when she relocated to Cairns to establish a 2nd location for Dynamic Bookkeeping she joined a local BNI chapter there and is now Director of BNI – Cairns. Sonya is passionate about living the healthiest life possible.
